Credits are used for creating videos and photos at AIReel.
1) Membership Credits refresh monthly and any unused credits expire at the end of the current billing period.
2) Purchase Credits purchased separately as "top-ups." They do not expire as strictly as subscription credits
There are two ways to increase your credit balance:
1）Subscribe or Renew: Earn monthly credits automatically by subscribing to a membership plan.
2）Buy Credit Packs: Purchase additional credit packs separately whenever you need a top-up.
1）Only unused subscriptions, including annual and monthly plans, are eligible for a full refund.
2）Credit packs are non-refundable as they cannot be deducted or returned once consumed.
