AIReel Refund Policy

Thank you for using AIReel. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any subscription plan or credit pack. By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have understood and agreed to this policy.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to membership subscription plans, renewal orders, and credit packs purchased on the AIReel website.

2. Refunds for Subscription Plans

AIReel supports full refunds for unused subscription plans, including monthly and annual plans.

“Unused” means that, after successful payment, you have not consumed any credits included in the subscription.

If a subscription plan has already been used, or if the related credits or membership benefits have been consumed, refunds are generally not supported. Canceling a subscription only stops automatic renewal for the next billing cycle and does not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period.

3. Refunds for Credit Packs

Credit packs purchased separately are digital service products. Once credits have been issued to your account, they are generally non-refundable if they have been consumed, redeemed, or used for generation tasks.

If you have purchased a credit pack that has not been used at all, and there is an issue such as duplicate payment, payment error, or credits not being credited to your account, you may contact us for manual review. AIReel will determine whether to issue a refund or reissue credits based on the order status, account usage records, and payment records.

4. Generation Failures and Credit Returns

If a video or photo generation task fails due to system reasons, AIReel will not deduct the corresponding credits, or will return the relevant credits after verification.

However, because AI generation services incur immediate computing costs, generation tasks that have been successfully submitted and processed are generally not eligible for cash refunds or credit returns, even if the result does not meet your subjective expectations.

5. How to Request a Refund

Please include the following information in your email so we can process your request as quickly as possible:

-Registered email address;
-AIReel account ID;
-Payment receipt or order number;
-Purchased product name;
-Reason for the refund request.

We will review your request after receiving the complete information and notify you of the result by email.
